Audubon Everglades Photography Group (AEPG) in collaboration with Audubon Everglades Social Media have setup an Audubon Everglades Photography Facebook page.  This Page provides a photography forum for members to share their nature images with our Audubon community.  The Audubon Everglades Photography Group welcomes all levels of nature photography enthusiasts seeking to enhance their skills while promoting conservation and the responsible observation and documentation of nature, wildlife, and their habitats through the enjoyment of photography.

The Facebook page offers AEPG members the online ability to share nature photos, ask questions, request identification assistance, share information and/or events.  

Audubon Everglades Photography Group reserves the right remove posts at our discretion based on the following Guidelines:

  1. For each photograph submitted. please provide a general location and date of the photograph.  NOTE: Specific details of nesting locations should NOT be posted to prevent disturbances. 
  2. Identify bird, wildlife, conservation topic or request for identification assistance. 
  3. Include any additional pertinent information. 
  4. Photo watermarking is allowed. 
  5. Identification of camera settings are encouraged.  Examples of such identification include:
    • Photo taken with Nikon D500; Lens:Tamron 150-600 G2 500mm; ISO 3200; Exposure 1/1250 sec F/8; Aperture=Auto; VC= On; Handheld
    • Photo taken with Canon Powershot SX60 HS; Auto
    • Photo taken with Samsung Galaxy Note8 cellphone
  6. All posts should be respectful and nature photography focused.
  7. Audubon Everglades members will need to register to post photos.  The AEPG Facebook page is open to all to view, only AE members will be allowed to post once they register.
